Provide overall direction, coordination, and ongoing evaluation of operations during the shift
Perform property inspections to ensure that all Retail Outlets, Food and Beverage outlets, public area, maintenance, housekeeping, security, and service levels are of the highest standards
Support All Outlets, Front Desk and Security with any Guest situations that arise
Act as liaison between all departments to ensure proper communication and teamwork is taking place
Provide support with conflict resolution always promoting exceptional “Hospitality Service”
Provide General Manager and Division Heads with a Nightly Recap Report
