We are seeking a BE/BC Neonatologist with prior leadership experience to join our team as a Medical Director. Physicians typically work 5-day blocks with call from home, providing flexibility in the work schedule and a high-quality work/life balance.
Salary Range:
$210k to $275k base salary dependent on experience, plus an annual medical director stipend, and an opportunity for an annual practice bonus. The position is located in Yakima, WA.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the neonatology department.
2. Collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure the highest standard of patient care.
3. Develop and implement best practices and protocols for neonatal care.
4. Provide guidance and mentorship to medical staff and students.

Requirements
