H2 Performance Consulting (H2), a high-growth, technology-enablement firm, is currently seeking a Naval Aviation Advisor to support our government client at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton.
Responsibilities:
Manage the preparation of analyses, evaluations, and recommendations for implementation as a member of the Marine Corps Current Readiness team.
Evaluate existing business goals, team functionality, and cross-discipline cooperation and develop recommendations to improve internal performance and minimize internal costs while increasing the overall quality of work, product, or service output. Implement improved systems, procedures, and organizational changes.
Employ analysis techniques and productivity improvement measurements, program audits and evaluations, and performance testing to achieve stated objectives.
Years of Experience/Education:
·Clearance:
Minimum SECRET clearance
·Education:
BS Degree in Science or related field (Preferred)
·Experience:
O Required 9 years of experience supporting the U.S. Marine Corps or Naval Aviation
O Experience with Naval Aviation databases including OOMA and Deckplate, AMSRR, AFAST, or ACES
O High-level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Access and Power Point
·Desired Experience:
O Experience as a Commissioned Officer or senior-level DoD government, including GS14-15 or O5-O6
O Experience with the manipulation of data and datasets and the creation of data visualization tools, including Tableau
O Experience with supporting the development and maintenance of SharePoint sites
O Knowledge of Naval Aviation O&

O Master's degree
