What will you be doing?
Establish trusted, collaborative,and professional relationships with customers to ensure long-term channel partnership with NK &
GreenLeaf opportunities
Ensure strong communication and coordination between National Account leadership and functions (sales, supply chain, customer service, digital, etc.) and Syngenta
Develop customer offers that are aligned with the strategic goals and key performance indicators of National Account and Syngenta. These offers should incorporate cutting-edge and inventive solutions that enhance and modernize the overall customer experience.
Implement marketing/sales strategies/tactics;
lead development and project management of strategic initiatives;
Develop top-line sustainable growth platform;
Proactively anticipate, assess, clarify and validate customer needs on ongoing basis
Collaborate with customers and Syngenta stakeholders on seed treatment plans and initiatives with customers;
joint Seed and CP salesplan development where appropriate;
