Multicraft Maintenance Night Shift

Job Description
This position is responsible for the troubleshooting, upkeep, safety, and overall reliability of all factory electrical and mechanical systems and processes. Quality, attention to detail, and accurate and concise documentation are essential for this position. Continuous equipment improvement, increased reliability, cross-functional training, and proper maintenance practices are key elements of successful job performance.
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems in a safe and orderly fashion.
Diagnose, repair and maintain all plant control power, electrical systems, and mechanical systems.
Maintain electrical safety systems.
Assess problems for all capital equipment in plant.
Troubleshoot with programmable logic controllers (PLC).
Support new equipment installations, repairs, and changeovers.
Properly lockout and control equipment being repaired, maintained, overhauled, or in changeover.
Complete all PMs, work orders, and projects as directed by the controls engineer.
Support efficient utilization, consumption, and replacement of stock items as necessary.
