Job Description
AECOM is seeking aMulti-Modal Transportation Project Plannerto be based in Detroit, MI.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Direct planning and project development activities for multi-modal transportation planning projects, including corridor studies;
transit plans;
project feasibility studies;
multi-modal enhancementstrategies;
policy and best-practice research;
conceptual design studies;
and grant funding applications.
Direct data collection activities and the synthesis of complex spatial and demographic data sets to support goal setting and transportation decision-making.
Collaborate directly with a diverse set of public-agency clients to create, adapt and successfully carry out planning project assignments.
Support development of compelling proposals for future planning assignments.
Manage and mentor professional colleagues in a diverse workplace.
