Msp Experienced Field Tech (Hybrid, Can Work From Home)

Job Description
Right now we are working with an IT consulting company that has been in business for over 15 years and provides end-to-end IT consulting and managed services for non-profit organizations and schools. This company is about 75 people large and has great leadership with a strong work/life balance.
They're looking for a Tier 1 or a Tier 2 technician that has experience working for an MSP and can work from home in the Bridgeport area with limited client site visits locally and as far down as Stamford.
This technician must have experience working for an MSP, have experience with MSP specific tools like Connectwise and have exceptional communication skills.
The ideal candidate also has strong skills with the Microsoft stack (troubleshooting at a desktop support level, Active Directory, Office 365, etc).
Salary for this position can reach $70,000 depending on experience. Our client offers a comprehensive benefits package, too. Room to grow and advance.
