Mold Repair Supervisor

Job Description
The Mold Repair Supervisor is accountable for supervising hourly personnel in all phases of machine and mold shop operation, including all related design and specification activities.
The Mold Repair Supervisor will:
Plan department work schedules and direct assignments of personnel and equipment.
Analyze operations and make recommendations relative to changes in organization, personnel, equipment, department policies, and procedures.
Review bottle quality and mold equipment operating data.
Ensure sufficiency of mold equipment to maintain production while minimizing inventory costs.
Develop the department budget and prepare and maintain department records and reports.
Oversee the Mold Maker Apprentice program.
The Mold Repair Supervisor should have:
Ability to read blueprints.
Prior experience with storage and inventory management, and experience using SAP.
Experience working in a union environment.
