Mobile Sales Representative- Tampa

OneTouch Direct is currently seeking a motivated and energetic individual for the position of Metro T-Mobile Sales Representative 5/2024. As a part of our team, you will represent the renowned brand, T-Mobile, and provide exceptional customer service to Metro by T-Mobile customers.
As a Metro T-Mobile Representative, your responsibilities will include:
Handling inbound calls from customers regarding their Metro by T-Mobile service
Providing troubleshooting assistance and resolving customer issues
Processing customer payments and inquiries
Offering additional products and services to enhance the customer experience
Documenting customer interactions and updating customer accounts
Ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively resolving their concerns
Requirements:
Prior customer service experience preferred
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer knowledge and navigation skills
Positive attitude and ability to empathize with customers
High school diploma or equivalent
