Mental Health Therapist

Bay Area Community Resources (BACR) is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a Mental Health Therapist at BACR, you will provide comprehensive therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups in a supportive and inclusive environment. Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
Licensed or license-eligible as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW)
Experience providing counseling services in a clinical or community setting
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Experience working with diverse populations
Knowledge of trauma-informed care
Responsibilities:
Hold a caseload of up to 15 -18 clients per week with a billable expectation of up to 4.5 hours per day
Conduct thorough assessments to determine appropriate therapeutic interventions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide trauma-informed counseling to clients of all ages
Facilitate group therapy sessions
Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
