ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Actively contribute to technology development effort, with a focus on improving memory cell and array properties.
Characterize memory arrays and optimize trim conditions to meet product performance and reliability requirements.
Develop and continuously enhance screen test and data analysis protocols to provide feedback on cell/process/design.
Collaborate with design and product teams on design validation and screen test development.
Summarize electrical characterization results and report to the broader engineering team.
Create and oversee schedules to ensure timely data collection for program requirements.
Foster innovation and impact decisions for next-generation products.
