Memory Ate Test Engineer

Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced memory test engineer to join a growing team developing Western Digital’s next generation of advanced memory products. Our team is like an embedded startup, our goal is to drive new memory concepts from R&
D to high volume production. For this role we seek a candidate who can lead test development efforts for new memory products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build key test infrastructure, both hardware and software, for advanced memory test
Design test systems and lead vendor interactions to deliver on new memory test specifications
Develop automated wafer and package test flows
Project leadership across multiple organizations and geographies
Collaborate closely across functional teams:
product, design, process, materials, and device teams
Work with design team on test specification development, design validation &
debug
