FIRMSPACE Membership Associate (Full-Time, Temporary)
Early/Mid-August to End-September
At Firmspace, our Membership team does more than provide offices in a shared workspace. This team provides top-notch hospitality and exceptional support to our current and prospective members. We work together to deliver an extraordinary experience in a distinctive space for our business professionals.
We are seeking a hospitable, organized, proactive team member to join Firmspace Austin as a Membership Associate on a temporary basis.
This individual provides support to our Austin team from early/mid-August until the end of September.
This temporary position reports to the VP of Sales and Development.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with location teammates to enhance member and guest experiences.
Ensure consistent front desk staff presence.
Maintain a polished presentation of space and amenities.
Provide front desk support:
Answer phone, greet guests, field emails, book conference rooms, validate parking, send package notifications, etc.
Provide operational support:
Assist with opening and closing tasks, distribute mail, reset conference rooms + common areas, stock coffee bars, prep offices for move-ins, etc.
Build professional relationships with members and guests.
Support location’s on-site sales events and activities.
Serve as a POC for vendors and building management when needed.
Other reception and administrative support duties as assigned.
JOB SPECS
Temporary position:
Early/Mid-August to end of September
Hourly - $18-20/hour;
commensurate with experience
32-40 hours per week (between 8 am-5 pm, M-F)
On-site / Non-remote

Experience &
Qualifications
Some experience in sales, retail, events, and/or customer service.
Desire to work in a professional, on-site, customer-facing environment.
Must haves:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, punctuality, strong work ethic, and enjoyment of fast-paced environments.
Compatibility with Firmspace culture:
Strong dependability, work ethic, teamwork, and empathy.
Ability to quickly learn and understand programs/platforms for day-to-day operations. Knowledge of Google Suites database and CRM platforms (Zoho and OfficeRnD) a plus.
