Verify insurance and co-pay amounts.
Submit prior authorizations for certain procedures.
Make new and follow up appointments.
Sell products and services to patients.
Answer telephone professionally and courteously
Retrieve detailed messages.
Collect co-pays and balances from patients.
Other duties as assigned.
