The Opportunity:
Our Retail Service team is looking for a Part Time Representative to work up to 30 hours per week (more during 4th quarter, our peak season) to drive Mattel’s business at our key accounts. We are looking for team members who are passionate about merchandising, enjoy interacting with customers &
store management and feel a sense of pride making a difference in our overall sales.
What Your Impact Will Be:
Develop strong, ongoing partnerships with Store Management
Merchandise Mattel/Fisher Price products on shelf
Set Account Planned Programs
Sell product to Walmart Store Management to improve the aisle in-stocks and increase out of aisle unplanned space
Negotiate with Store Management for unplanned space throughout the store;
Front of Store, Seasonal Department, Grocery, Infants Depts.
Lead, train and work with local market Associate representatives year-round
Coordinate and conduct In-store Events and in-store demonstrations
Implement Point of Purchase materials and execute projects
Accurately provide key survey data on each account
Brand ambassador of Mattel/FP Brands and products.
Be the “eyes” in the store and report Business Insights back to the leadership team
Participate in meetings and ongoing training
Complete assignments in Emerging Channel Accounts;
Kohl’s, Macy’s, etc.
