THE POSITION:
The Material Handler Operations Lead will assist the Supervisor in their designated department and shift's day to day operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist the Operations Supervisor in the day to day operations
Ensuring work is accomplished effectively by managing employee performance, work processes and other resources
Ensure all safety rules and procedures are followed
Responsible for and oversee their respective department
Monitor the activities of the department staff;
communicate interpret and discuss with team the company policies and procedures
Determine job objectives, work methods and performance standards - Ensure team members are following all SOPs and meeting productivity requirements
Managing inventory displays
