El Patron Harley-Davidson, a subsidiary of RumbleOn, is looking to add a couple of Master Level Harley-Davidson Service Technicians to our El Cajon, CA location. Candidates must have comprehensive knowledge of early &
late model Harley-Davidson bikes with the ability to perform accurate diagnostics and quality repairs, as well as Master Level Certifications. Must have your own tools.
Requirements
MMI Graduate or equivalent Harley-Davidson Certification
7+ years of verifiable motorcycle technician experience (a minimum of 5 of those years with Harley-Davidson)
Master level certifications
Own a set of comprehensive tools to perform service, repair and customization work to company specifications
Valid driver's license with motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record
Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Self-motivated, organized and punctual
Detail-oriented, quality conscious
Ability to pass a detailed background check
Positive Attitude and Great Customer Service
