About the Role:
As the Marketing Specialist, you will report to the Director of Marketing and Communications as you create and implement marketing strategies, and gain broad exposure in the agricultural market. You’ll work on diverse projects, from customer education events to national tradeshows, and manage a variety of advertising platforms, including print, radio, digital and billboards. As part of a small team, your contributions will have a significant impact, allowing you to take on a larger role in our marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Awareness:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase company and product awareness.
Marketing Campaigns:
Plan and implement marketing campaigns and promotional programs to boost sales.
Event Management:
Organize and manage tradeshows and other events, ensuring all leads are qualified and followed up.
Content Creation:
Write, proofreadand edit content for various platforms.
Budget Management:
Manage marketing budgets andensureall projects stay within financial limits.
Vendor Coordination:
Work with external agencies and vendors to enhance marketing efforts.
Market Research:
Conduct research to stay informed about market trends and competitors.
