Marketing Proposal Assistant

Job Description
Timmons Group is currently seeking aMarketing Assistantto join our Shared Services Group located in ourRichmond, VAoffice location.
Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesof a successful candidate include but are not limited to:
Assisting with proposal development and management
Writing and editing content to assure accuracy and maintain standards
Creating marketing materials including print materials, advertisements, and articles
Project and client database management
Works with our internal clients to develop graphics and brochure materials
Skills/Requirementsof a successful candidate include but are not limited to:
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or closely related field is preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Strong experience with the Adobe suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Solid understanding of marketing and public relations
Strong time management skills, commitment to accuracy, and the ability to balance short-term deadlines against long-term goals
