We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Marketing Manager to join our national team. This role is pivotal in developing and executing effective patient retention strategies to maintain and enhance the loyalty of our existing patient base. As a Practice Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of crafting scalable solutions and strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen patient relationships and foster long-term engagement across all our partner practices.
- This is a hybrid, in person role at the Scottsdale, AZ support center office. -
Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and monitor strategic marketing plans aimed at patient retention across 100+ dental practices.
- Collaborate with Regional Managers, Practice Managers and Marketing to tailor local and regional initiatives that align with national retention strategies.
- Analyze patient data and market trends to identify opportunities for engagement and retention improvements.
- Manage and optimize patient communication systems to enhance communication and satisfaction.
- Lead the creation and execution of targeted marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media strategies, and loyalty programs.
- Provide training and support to practice staff on best practices for patient engagement and retention.
- Regularly report on the effectiveness of retention strategies and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in dental practice marketing and patient care technologies.
Qualifications:

- Proven experience in marketing management with a specific focus on customer or patient retention strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market research to drive strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with patient communication and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to travel as needed to support partner practices and attend professional meetings.
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suites, Smartsheets Project Management, and all Microsoft products is preferred.
- 5+ years' experience in healthcare marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
- Normal bending, stooping, and lifting required.
- Must be able to visually interpret written text, prepare written documents, communicate via telephone, and use a variety of computer-based business applications.
- Must be able to focus on detail-oriented work for extended periods of time.
- Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Work location is flexible if approved by the Company except that we are unable to consider applicants from all states and the position may not be performed remotely from states such as California, Hawaii, Illinois, New York, Jersey City, NJ, and Washington D.C.
