Door Pro America, a leading provider of high-quality residential garage doors, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our brand, attract customers, and drive revenue growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media. You will conduct market research, analyze customer insights, and identify opportunities for brand expansion. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Create and manage marketing budgets, optimizing spending to maximize return on investment.
Implement and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels including PPC, SEO, social media, email, and content marketing.
Analyze and report on key performance metrics, including ROAS (Return on Advertising Spend).
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, and customer service teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
Create an annual marketing plan and execute against it with defined goals around initiatives and outcomes.
Coordinate with and manage outside marketing firms.
Create and acquire content for our marketing materials and campaigns.
Contribute to the creation of marketing materials.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Significant experience with direct-to-consumer marketing, preferably within the construction or home improvement industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns and delivering measurable results, with a focus on ROAS and other key performance metrics.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong analytical and organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
Ability to shift seamlessly between a leader and doer – willingness to roll up sleeves.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving growth and innovation.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Graphic Design or Photoshop experience is a plus but not required.
