Holy Culture is seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing Manager with a strong focus on donor marketing to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns to attract, engage, and donors. This role requires a deep understanding of donor behaviors, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to Holy Culture's mission and values.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase donor acquisition, retention, and engagement.
Analyze market trends, donor behavior, and fundraising data to inform strategy and optimize campaigns.
Set and achieve annual and quarterly fundraising targets.
Campaign Development and Management:
Create compelling donor marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, direct mail, and events.
Coordinate the design and production of marketing materials that align with Holy Culture’s brand and messaging.
Partner and/or manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
Donor Engagement and Retention:
Develop personalized donor journeys to enhance engagement and foster long-term relationships.
Implement donor recognition programs and stewardship strategies to show appreciation and maintain donor loyalty.
Organize and manage donor appreciation events and initiatives.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Content Creation:
Collaborate to develop persuasive and impactful content for various channels, including newsletters, blogs, social media, and the website.
Ensure all communications are consistent with Holy Culture’s voice and mission.
Work closely with the fundraising team to align marketing efforts with overall fundraising goals.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality multimedia content.
Coordinate with external partners, sponsors, and vendors as needed.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs).
Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance and donor metrics.
Utilize data-driven insights to adjust strategies and improve outcomes.
