Typical Day in the Role
Purpose of the Team:
The purpose of this team is to play a pivotal role in supporting the Xbox Rewards Marketing Lead with the operational management, email lifecycle, campaign go-to-market strategies, asset management, and overall marketing campaigns for the Xbox Rewards program. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution and delivery of marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement and loyalty.
Key projects:
This role will contribute to marketing, loyalty, and (main focus) helping with GTM Go to Market Campaigns. Setting up email and notifications lifecycle and getting that created from scratch. Email Campaigns execution and go to market are the main projects and focuses.
Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm:
The role will consist of:
Collaborate with the Xbox Rewards Marketing Lead to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
Manage the day-to-day operations of marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with the program's objectives and timelines.
Oversee the email lifecycle from concept to execution, including segmentation, targeting, and analysis of email campaigns.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely go-to-market execution of campaigns across various channels.
Maintain and manage digital assets, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible for all stakeholders.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Conduct research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies, collaborating with marketing professionals, statisticians, pollsters, and other professionals.
Stay in touch with industry trends and best practices in Digital and Loyalty Marketing to drive innovation within the Xbox Rewards program.
Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution.

Candidate Requirements
Years of Experience Required:
5-7 overall years of experience in the field.
Degrees or certifications required:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is highly preferred to be eligible for this role.
Candidate needs to be a great problem solver and able to work independently within the role.
Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within a loyalty or rewards program context.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools.
Must have a good understanding and can focus on the customer journey.
Passion for gaming and familiarity with the Xbox ecosystem is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage ones time.
Performance Indicators:
Performance will be assessed based on Meeting Deadlines and Execution of Projects and able to maintain great relationships with the other teams that are worked with. Lastly, quality of work.

Education/Experience:
