SCOPE OF POSITION:

Oklahoma Chiller is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate person to help us grow our brand and strengthen our presence in the market. This is a key position with responsibility for developing and executing strategies to attract and retain customers and employees. The role will have autonomy and access to necessary resources to effectively grow the brand and market the services of Oklahoma Chiller.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company to potential customers and employees.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, and printed materials.
Collaborate with internal teams to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials to drive interest in our company and our services.
Manage and update the company website, ensuring content is current, relevant, and optimized for search engines.
Plan and coordinate participation in industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and marketing trends to maintain a competitive edge.
WHAT WILL PUT YOU AHEAD:
Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the HVAC or related industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
People skills, Professionalism, and Strong work ethic.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
