Join our dynamic team as our first Marketing Generalist! In this role, you will shape the success of our product launches and marketing strategies, amplifying the impact of our SaaS platform in empowering non-profit organizations to achieve their missions through technology. Collaborating closely with our product and revenue leaders, you will be responsible for creating compelling content and materials that empower our customer-facing teams to effectively promote and sell our products.
What You'll Do:
Create Engaging Content:
Write captivating product descriptions, case studies, blog posts, email campaigns, and website content that showcase the platform's value proposition and resonate with non-profit audiences.
Master Video Marketing:
Develop and produce high-quality explainer videos, customer testimonials, and other video content that educate and inspire viewers.
Drive Demand Generation:
Generate leads through engaging campaigns and initiatives, working closely with revenue leadership and team members.
Stay Ahead of the Curve:
Conduct market research, analyze competitor landscape, and identify emerging trends to inform product positioning and messaging.
Own the Non-Profit Niche:
Possess a deep understanding of the non-profit sector and their unique challenges, translating it into effective marketing strategies.
Collaborate Like a Pro:
Work seamlessly with product, sales, and revenue teams to ensure seamless product launches and marketing campaigns.
Champion Product Launches:
Develop go-to-market strategies for new features and updates, crafting compelling messaging and ensuring smooth adoption by existing and potential customers.
Requirements
Highly-Qualified Candidates Will Have the Following Experience:
B2B SaaS marketing experience with a complex product.
Created a broad array of content (short-form, long-form, videos, webinars, etc.) without the help of graphic designers/copywriters and able to provide work samples.
Skilled using a variety of content creation tools, including AI tools to increase productivity.
Demonstrated ability to address multiple audiences/buyer personas.
Incorporated "
Story-telling"
into your content.
Strong research skills.
Repurposed content across different channels.
In General, Candidates Should Have:
3+ years of experience in product marketing for SaaS products, with a bonus if focused on non-profits.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, including messaging, positioning, and segmentation.
Strong writing and editing skills, with a knack for crafting clear, concise, and engaging content.
Ability to create all aspects of marketing materials (graphic design and copy).
Video production experience, from concept development to editing and publishing, is a plus.
Passion for the non-profit sector and their impact on the world.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative while thriving in a collaborative environment.

$60,000 - $90,000 salary with performance incentives
