Client is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator based in our Nashville office. This position is responsible for creating digital content, coordinating social media, assisting with research, and ensuring marketing project deadlines are met accurately. Strength in the organization is key to balancing the coordination of marketing efforts along with various projects and research.
Responsibilities
Social media coordination, including content calendar management and copy creation
Assist with writing internal and external newsletters, press releases, and email communication
Maintain marketing materials, databases, and reporting pertinent to current projects and department needs
Create assets for company initiatives, both internal and external
Conduct market research efforts throughout the department for lead generation and market viability
Organize logistics and coordination of company events
Work closely with managers to develop and coordinate deadline-sensitive deliverables such as proposals, qualification packages, presentations, and award submissions
Additional related duties as needed
Qualifications
Proficiency with organization, meeting deadlines, attention to detail, and project coordination
1-3+ years of marketing experience
1-2+ years of social media &
graphic experience
Proficiency with Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
Bachelors degree in a marketing related field desirable
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and all levels of management
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Video creation experience preferred
Familiarity with RFQs, RFPs, and market research a plus
