Job Description
The successful candidate will lead and manage the ISS marketing communication team and the Americas marketing communication program in collaboration with global marcom, reporting to a VP of Marketing. The Marketing Communication Manager is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing communication strategies that effectively promote the organization's products, services, and brand. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing communication channels, and ensuring consistency in messaging to enhance brand visibility and drive business objectives.
Role Accountability:
Strategy Development &
Execution:
Develop and implement integrated marketing communication plans aligned with the overall marketing and business strategy.
Collaboratively with product management and global marcom design and execute product and regional marketing strategies that propel the business.
Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor activities.
Manage the marketing communication budget effectively, optimizing resources for maximum impact.
Messaging and Branding:

Ensure consistency and alignment of brand messaging across all communication channels.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines to uphold the organization's identity.
Content Creation:

Create compelling and engaging content for various channels, including websites, social media, press releases, and marketing collateral.
Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality materials that resonate with the target audience.
Media Relations:
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media outlets and strategic partners
Coordinate and manage press releases, media interviews, and other publicity efforts.
Digital Marketing:
Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, social media, and online advertising.
Analyze digital metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations.
Event Management:

Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, trade shows, and conferences.
Collaborate with event coordinators to ensure seamless execution and representation of the brand.
Internal Communication:
Facilitate effective communication within the organization, ensuring employees are informed and aligned with marketing goals.
