Brand Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving the growth and success of our brand.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
Create and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
Manage social media channels and create engaging and compelling content.
Oversee the development and design of marketing collateral.
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.
Manage and optimize the company's website and online presence.
Oversee the organization and execution of industry trade shows and events.
Research and identify new marketing opportunities and trends.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the cannabis.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong knowledge and understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
Experience with social media management and content creation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Highly organized with strong project management skills.
Passion for the cannabis industry and an understanding of its unique challenges and opportunities.
Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.
