Market Hr Director

The Human Resource Director works closely with the Facility CEO and other leaders to develop and implement human resources strategies. They provide guidance on areas like employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation, and performance management. The HR Director also oversees a team of HR professionals and reports to the hospital CEO, receiving guidance from the HSC Human Resource Business Partner.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing leadership and direction for Human Resources within the facilities.
- Managing HR staff and acting as a liaison with hospital leadership.
- Ensuring consistent application of HR policies and compliance with regulations.
- Advising on discipline, attending meetings, and facilitating terminations when necessary.
- Developing competitive compensation programs.
- Ensuring HR compliance and readiness for audits.
- Communicating with employees and overseeing various HR programs.
- Staying informed about legislation and supporting community efforts.
In addition to specific duties, the HR Director is also expected to represent the organization positively, promote a culture of safety, and maintain professional standards and compliance with policies and regulations.
