We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead and optimize our production processes. As the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring efficient and high-quality manufacturing operations. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing manufacturing strategies, improving processes, managing budgets, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, a solid background in manufacturing engineering, and a proven track record of successful project management.
Salary Range:
$140,000-$160,000 depending on experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians.
Manage and allocate resources effectively, including budgets, personnel, and equipment.
Lead process validation exercises to confirm cycle times, labor requirements, tooling, work instructions and other assumptions to ensure a smooth production ramp up.
Oversee the implementation of new manufacturing technologies and equipment.
Establish and optimize factory layout and floor plans for efficient workflow and resource utilization.
Develop comprehensive manufacturing processes, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards.
Lead the development of detailed work instructions and documentation for manufacturing processes to ensure consistency and facilitate training.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new manufacturing setups, considering cost-effectiveness and resource utilization.
Lead the implementation of advanced manufacturing technologies and automation systems to enhance production capabilities.
Develop and maintain documentation related to manufacturing processes, including standard operating procedures, process flowcharts, and equipment specifications.
Conduct regular assessments of manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Manage the successful implementation of the selected MES System and related hardware on the production line.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and reduce costs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field;
Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, and quality control.
Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
Effective leadership and team management abilities.
Solid knowledge of regulatory and safety standards in manufacturing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment.
