Job Description
The Manufacturing Engineer is a leadership position with supervisory responsibilities of a team of approximately six to twelve members, or more, depending on company needs, as it grows. The Manufacturing Engineer must be able to oversee multiple activities simultaneously and take ownership of the output of the members working on his/her team. The primary role of this position is to produce the highest quality veneer or plywood by working with a team and performing a variety of roles, including machine operation, manual inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machinery, grading of material, sorting of material, and developing efficient systems and processes that result in high-quality veneer and plywood.

WAGE PER HOUR The starting salary offered for this position is $65,000 per year. $1,250.00 paid weekly.
HOURS PER WEEK:
As this is an exempt position, it should be expected that a standard workweek will consist of approximately 45 hours/week.

No, this is an exempt position.
ROTARY AREA:
it is a 2nd shift position, which is 4 days a week, Monday – Thursday. 1:

PLYWOOD AREA:
it is either a 2nd or 3rd shift position (one person), which is 5 days a week, Monday – Friday.
SHIFT:
2nd shift:

30 pm – 10:
30 pm, Monday – Friday;

30 pm – 6:
30 am, Sunday – Thursday.
WILL THEY WORK WEEKENDS:
