Manager, User Experience

Adcetera is seeking a visionary and results-driven Manager, User Experience to lead our comprehensive suite of user experience services. As the Manager, User Experience, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the overall customer journey, driving service line growth, and owning the agency's capabilities presentations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead client conversations, mentor a growing team, and align customer experience initiatives with the agency's vision.
Key Responsibilities:
User Experience (UX) Design:
Develop site maps, information architecture, and wireframes to visualize the structure and layout of digital assets.
Lead the development and execution of user-centered design strategies to optimize the overall user experience.
Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to iterate and improve designs.
Collaborate with designers and developers to translate wireframes into high-fidelity prototypes and interactive mockups.
Leading Client Conversations:
Act as a trusted advisor to our clients, leading conversations about customer experience strategy and digital design solutions.
Collaborate with clients to define project goals, requirements, and success metrics.
Provide strategic guidance and recommendations based on industry best practices and market trends.
Growing and Mentoring a Team:
Build and mentor a high-performing team of UX designers, researchers, and strategists.
Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning within the team.
Provide coaching and professional development opportunities to support team growth and success.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Business, or related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in user experience design, information architecture, and user experience strategy.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead client conversations and mentor a team effectively.
Expertise in leveraging data and analytics to drive UX decisions and measure impact.
Proficiency in UX/UI design tools including Figma.
Experience in the marketing or advertising industry is a plus.
