Job Description
What you get to do in this role:
Help provide executives with clearinsights into drivers of business growth, risks andopportunities
Improve existing financial reporting –standardize reporting and makerecommendations to management
Support systems/tools implementation, drivesystemenhancements,and identify opportunitiesto optimize performance
Partner with Business FP&
A teamsin the U.S., along with Accounting, Tax, FinanceSystems, and other parts of the organization
Develop collaborative relationships with partners, includingbusiness planning, strategy process improvementwhilesupporting business review content
Help build a team of financialanalysts.Mentor team members forsuccess in their career progression
Help develop annual expense budgets andmonthly forecasting process;
Includingpresentation toSr Leadershiponheadcount tracking,analysisofresults,andidentification of plans to improveexpense leverage
