Manager, Product Strategy, Issuing Solutions

Job Description
The Product Strategy Manager role is within the business unit of Visa’s Value-Added Services (VAS) organization. This role is based in San Francisco and will report to the Head of Product Strategy for Issuing Solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:
You will lead projects related to product strategy, business development, or other strategic initiatives for the Issuing Solutions business unit
Strategic evaluation of revenue growth opportunities (e.G., inorganic growth, partnerships), and alignment with the broader business unit strategy
Structure and solve business problems, collaborating and coordinating with a range of internal stakeholders to make recommendations on a wide range of topics related to product strategy
Build out unique, creative and impactful recommendations and solutions by collaboratively integrating insights across Visa's many expert functional resources
Develop rigorous, fact based, quantitative analysis to support recommendations. Ensure strategic and financial soundness and alignment for any recommendations
Work closely with cross-functional and regional management teams on strategic initiatives, bringing timely and useful insights and analytical support
Communicate recommendations to senior management, other executive, functional, or regional staff and management in a clear, concise and impactful way
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
