Job Description
We are looking to add a Manager, Media Planning to our Chicago - based dentsuX team. Your responsibilities will bring you in person with your team and client on a periodic basis. You will join a supportive team and work with a client that sees us as a true partner. You and your team will support one of the nation's most well-known CPG brands.
You will serve in an important junior/mid-level role potentially more in time. You will report directly into the Senior Manager Media Planning. You will also get to demonstrate your working knowledge of the media space (Traditional and Digital media preferred) and available media research and systems. You will help manage the daily tasks by assuring focus on important client goals and communicating appropriate resource needs to meet ongoing client goals.
Responsibilities:
Understanding of all media channels and experience coordinating across multiple media disciplines with a heavy focus on TV/CTV/Social/Digital
1+ years of experience with upper funnel media awareness campaigns
Coordinate with creative agencies on creative assets and accounts needs
Coordinate with multi-channel teams to design modern, strategic and thoughtful integrated media plans across a myriad of awareness-based channels (TV, CTV, Video, Social, Programmatic and Audio)
Comfort overseeing and communicating directly with clients on questions and media plans
Help evaluate timelines and manage daily deliverables
Experience w/ analyzing competitive landscapes, pulling reports using agency tools and compiling insights
Manage a large Media Budget and Flowchart
Guide media channel selection and forward think on new opportunities
