Job Description
The mission of this role - and the HRBP function - is to support the development, enablement, culture, and growth of the organization in direct partnership with the IntegriChain business leadership team and working collaboratively with other members of the People &
Culture (P&
C) team. The HRBP function operates as the connective “glue” for the organization, developing relationships with employees and people managers and supporting teams from onboarding through their lifecycle within IntegriChain. The Manager, HRBP leads the HR Business Partner team through direct ongoing guidance and support, and creates/improves the appropriate processes and structure for the success of business partnership.
In this position you can expect to partner with HR Shared Services and COEs to deliver value-added HR thought leadership and programs to the business facing teams that you and your team members support. You will offer counsel to leaders in a rapidly changing business environment while proactively identifying issues and initiating resolutions in line with corporate policies and in support of business goals. You will lead the execution of major HR initiatives and will direct a team in supporting the HR activities of all business units and functions.
What this role entails:
Strategic Focus
In collaboration with senior leadership, lead key initiatives which support the organization and BU/department’s vision, growth, and people strategies.
Assist ELT/Senior Leaders and VP of Org Dev &
People Ops to ensure optimal organizational design is in place for current and future needs.
Provide leaders and managers with guidance on the engagement with and use of our various programs and policies, ensuring best practices developed by P&
C are being rolled out and utilized within assigned areas of the business.
Effectively communicate/support communication of the organization’s vision and values in interviewing, training, employee development and employee messaging.
People Management &
Development
Gain understanding of the level of necessary experience, skills, competencies, areas of subject matter expertise, areas of interest and focus areas for development across the supported organization/teams.
Support the ongoing compensation strategy, planning and administration for the supported organization(s) and functions;
ensuring compensation bands are being adhered to and ensuring pay-equity within associated business units.
Employee Relationships &
Culture
Provide high-quality support to all employees and managers, acting as their internal trusted advisor
Develop and foster relationships with the team to provide continuous, on-going internal customer service
Support, encourage and engage with employees and managers to drive consistency and quality in quarterly feedback meetings, 1x1s and annual/bi-annual performance discussions
Employee Development &
Performance Management
In partnership with leadership and O&
TD Leader, develop/update annual goal-setting process and practices, including any cascading goals and objectives, and FAST tactics and partner with Leaders to ensure processes are aligned and individuals are making progress in goals setting and completing goals.
Partner with People Operations to ensure the promotion activities across supported business units occur on time and as expected, inclusive of compensation, communications, and system updates.
