Manager, Enterprise It Procurement

Job Description
Role Purpose:
Support the Sourcing IT Infrastructure team in strategy implementation, procurement initiatives, RFP activities, agreement negotiations, vendor and strategy management. Act as liaison between the sourcing organization, stakeholders and other corporate functions involved in the procurement process. Create a solid relationship with stakeholders;
maintain a trustworthy work ethic and a team environment. Partner with Comcast and Sky Procurement Teams and Business Stakeholders to drive global enterprise deals and agreements.
Responsibilities:
Lead RFP efforts and activities pre and post bid
Facilitate proposal analysis, comparisons and vendor background checks
Provide a strategic insight and market intel to facilitate the decision making process
Lead contract and legal negotiation efforts
Responsible for timely execution of projects, coordinating efforts across all stakeholders and participating functions like, legal, finance, information security and governance
Manage vendor relationships
Maintain accurate spend and contract-related data in numerous databases
Analyze and calculate procurement costs and develop cost reduction strategies
