THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Manager – Paid Social, to play a critical role in scaling our marketing
Capabilities at Allergan Aesthetics. You’ll work closely with analysts, data scientists, and
Performance marketers to develop paid social marketing strategies and implement those
Strategies. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience with the Facebook Business
Manager platform creating and managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns. Experience
With lookalikes, custom audiences, different campaign objectives, pixel and event
Implementation, and reporting/analysis. You should be interested in working in a high energy,
Data-driven, and collaborative environment. You have a passion for marketing, and analytics;
And you enjoy wearing many hats. You are a people-person, a connector, and a problem solver.
