Key responsibilities include:
Responsible for the effective delivery of all HR programs and services;
in collaboration with local, regional and global colleagues, including hiring/recruiting, employee relations, organizational design and changes, performance &
talent management, compensation and benefits, diversity and inclusion. Understand and comply with federal and local employment regulations.
Serve as a strategic partner to the business, developing HR strategies, needs assessments and resulting HR solutions for the International Marketing &
Commercial Operations organization. Advise leaders on HR policy and guidelines.
Responsible for the diagnosis, development and delivery of HR strategies, programs and services that influence and drive the needs of the respective business.
Establishes, builds and maintains strong relationships with key HR partners from all Centers of Excellence and Service Centers to ensure elements of HR are successfully coordinated to meet business needs.
Prioritize critical projects based on business need and available resources.
Must be able to understand and utilize historical and broad organizational data when weighing business HR decisions and actions.
Must be able to think creatively across a wide breadth of business segment(s) as well as deep into the respective organizations.
Significant Work Activities -Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day)
