Wasserman is looking for a motivated individual to join a Brands Retainer Client team for a key technology client. This position is responsible for managing key marketing and technology workstreams across the client’s partnership portfolio and will support account team members with partnership management, project coordination, client measurement/reporting, presentations, and the implementation of timelines and budgets. The successful candidate will respond to client requests and is expected to consistently provide excellent client service, as well as represent client needs and goals to ensure partnership objectives are met.
This role is based in Los Angeles, California. Candidates must be willing to relocate if they are not currently based in this office location.
Role and Responsibilities:
Support the development and deployment of key technology solutions across the client’s sports and entertainment partnerships.
Project manage key elements of the deployment process including the development of work-back plans, project deliverable tracking, asset fulfillment, scheduling calls and meetings, meeting agendas, recap notes, timelines, and budget tracking.
Leads day-to-day management of select partnerships under the supervision of managers and other team members – managing delivery of contracted assets, executing key client activation, and fielding incoming requests.
Act as a subject matter expert on all partnership creative guidelines and other activation guardrails to ensure efficient execution of all partnership marketing activities.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to define measurement framework, track key metrics, analyze results and present findings of a partnership to the client.
Develop insightful POVs and recommendations on new partnership opportunities that arise and present the information to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Monitor media, trends and changing entertainment and cultural landscape to keep company executives and team members aware and to maintain Wasserman’s position as the most knowledgeable in the industry.
Work with team members to develop and refine client deliverables, such as presentations, reporting tools and supporting materials.
Maintain regular communication with team members and clients regarding roles and responsibilities, timelines, project status and budget updates as appropriate.
Perform various tasks as needed by internal team members such as research, reports, daily updates, editing of materials, etc.
Stay up to date on client product / service offering and can thoughtfully present to potential partners.
Maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.
Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
3+ years work experience in account and project management (sports and entertainment industry preferred).
Up-to-date knowledge of the sports and entertainment industry.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Must be able to multi-task and self-manage to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
Must be flexible and comfortable to assume multiple roles as needed by the team.
Possess exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Able to carry out responsibilities with minimal direction.
Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
Ability to think creatively in a team environment.
Must be flexible and react calmly under stressful circumstances.
Comfortable with extended days/nights, especially during periods of partnership activation.
Benefits
Base salary range:
$70k - $70k plus bonus potential if applicable for role.
Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to;
market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role
