Job Summary:
The Management Trainee program at UniUni Logistics Inc is designed to develop future leaders by providing comprehensive training and hands-on experience across various departments. As a Management Trainee, you will be exposed to different facets of our business, gaining valuable insights and skills to prepare you for a managerial role.
Key Responsibilities:
Department Rotations:
L Participate in structured rotations through various departments, including Business Development, Operations, Finance, Human Resources, and Customer Service.
L Understand department functions, processes, and how they contribute to the overall business.
Project Management:
L Assist in planning, executing, and managing projects.
L Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Data Analysis:
L Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making processes.
L Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to management.
Leadership Development:
L Engage in leadership training sessions and workshops.
L Develop and demonstrate leadership skills through assigned projects and responsibilities.
Customer Relations:
L Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
L Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
Qualifications:
