Job Description
The ideal candidate for a Managed Services Coordinatorwould be able to do the following:
Responsible for managing open field events from request to conclusion working in collaboration with the Alto-Shaam technical service team and its authorized service/installation agents.
Responsible for working within Alto-Shaam customer support systems and tools to log, coordinate and communicate status of open installation and field events.
Triage and/or respond to general information requests regarding open installation and field events which come into the technical service team via phone, email, chat or other means.
Assist in various administrative tasks such as, but not limited to, deployment of critical technical information alerts to the Alto-Shaam service network as it relates to the execution of field events, assisting with chat requests, assisting in coordination of tasks required for various in-house technical service events.
Communicate clearly to all field agents, customers, sales channel partners and support personnel.
Manage a dashboard of open field and installation events.
Identify areas for continuous improvement in Alto-Shaam processes, tools or service network.
Ability to handle multiple activities to meet target dates.
Function as a Liaison person between technical support staff and Alto-Shaam’s authorized service agent network
Comply with all quality and safety regulations, departmental, company policies, and procedures.
Able to take tasks from concept to completion with minimal supervision.
