Ensures the cash posting of assigned checks in order to reconcile the daily deposit.
Assists in training and provides continued education of staff.
Assists in identifying employee training and billing issues and concerns followed by research and resolution of these issues.
Works closely with the Cash Posting Supervisor to implement and enforce cash posting policies and procedures as well as streamlines the cash posting process.
Updates spreadsheets with information from lockboxes.
Delegates work to the team.
Ensures that accounts are balanced, postings are correct and that the necessary transfer payments or refunds are completed.
Checks and reconciles daily batches to ensure that everything has worked properly and closed.
Delivers exceptional customer service.
