Responsibilities

• Perform all procedures relevant to breast imaging
• Utilize a comprehensive approach to breast health in accordance with departmental policy at the three sites of service:
  the Breast Care Center, off-site screening mammography service, and the mobile mammography van
• Participate in required technical and program continuous quality improvement activities and demonstrate exceptional patient service skills

Qualifications

Job Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of an approved school of radiologic technology
• Two year as a Radiologic technologist
• One year as a mammography technologist
• Currently certified AART and Texas Department of Health
• Certified in mammography
• CPR certified
• American Cancer Society certified Breast Self Exam instructor

Preferred Job Requirements

• Mobile mammography experience
