Maintenance Worker

Personnel is seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Maintenance Worker. As a Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, including buildings, equipment, and grounds. This is a critical role in maintaining a safe and functional environment for our employees and customers. Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as repairing plumbing and electrical systems
Inspect and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
Ensure the efficient and safe operation of equipment and machinery
Perform general repairs and maintenance on buildings, including painting, carpentry, and drywall repairs
Maintain and repair landscaping and grounds
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations
Requirements
Prior experience in general maintenance preferred
Knowledge of standard maintenance and repair techniques
Ability to perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
Experience in HVAC systems maintenance is a plus
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Good time management and organizational skills
Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Valid driver's license
