Maintenance Technicians/Groundskeepers Needed Asap

Maintenance Technicians and Groundskeepers are needed for Apartment Communities!

When adding new maintenance technicians to our amazing team, we look for candidates with a can-do attitude. Property management experience isn’t necessary, but it is certainly a plus.
Responsibilities of a Maintenance Technician:
- Ensure all service requests, callbacks, and work orders are performed properly and promptly.
- Participates in diagnosing problems and repairing in the areas of minor electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, and appliance care.
- Maintenance Technicians must be able to turn vacant apartments
Maintenance Technician Requirements:
- Must have at least 3-6 months of general maintenance experience
- Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 50 pounds.
- Attendance is an essential job function
Responsibilities of a Groundskeeper:
· Maintaining the grounds
· Painting
· Pool Cleaning
· Trash pick up
Groundskeeper Requirements:
· Must be comfortable working outside
· Strong ability to work independently
· No experience needed
