Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Maintenance Technician to join our team for the 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair to ensure the smooth operation of our machinery and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues with machines.
Perform repairs on various types of machinery, including but not limited to CNC machines, conveyors, and production equipment.
Conduct regular preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of machines.
Inspect machines regularly to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
Follow all safety protocols and ensure machines are operating safely and efficiently.
Work closely with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve machine performance.
Qualifications:
Must have previous experience in machine troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair.
Strong mechanical and electrical skills, with the ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work the 2nd shift and be available for overtime as needed.
