Our Maintenance Mechanics work with the entire production team to keep our printers, inserting and bindery machines up and running. They support then entire print production process from start to finish, including our warehouse departments and the machines they use as well.

As a Maintenance Mechanic at Epsilon you will play a key role in keeping each department and machine running to ensure that we are able to deliver every piece on time.

You’ll maintain and troubleshoot a variety of machines from Forklifts to Printers, working on mechanical and computerized components.
Who You Are
What you’ll bring with you:
3+ years’ experience adjusting, repairing, and maintaining inserting, inkjet, tabbing, camera, postage and camera/match/intelligent systems and other miscellaneous production machinery
Ability to prioritize all incoming requests for repair/adjustments
Ability to interpret instructions on a job ticket, use key information for set ups, check tickets for accuracy, and make corrections as needed
Ability to maintain parts inventory and submit requests for parts to be ordered
Ability to adhere to all safety guidelines including lock out/tag out procedures
Must be able to lift up to 40lbs, bend, stoop, kneel repeatedly, and operate equipment for up to 10 hours per day
Flexibility to work overtime and accept shift changes, and provide support to other teams as directed by leadership
