Maintenance Tech

Job Description
The hourly pay rate for this position is starting at $18.00-20.00 per hour. The schedule is Full Time Tuesday to Saturday, 8:
00 am to 4:
30 pm.
The Maintenance Tech is responsible for organizing and executing the general operating maintenance and repair of the community and physical plant.
In this position, your main responsibilities will include:
Electrical/Mechanical:
Must be capable of following direction to make electrical repairs.
Plumbing:
Must be capable of following direction to make plumbing repairs.
HVAC:
Must be capable of following direction to make HVAC repairs.
Structural:
Must be capable of following direction to make structural repairs.
