Starting Pay:
$18/hour, depending on experience
Schedule:
Flexible, 25-30 hours a week
Essential Duties:
Minor repairs and some painting (dry wall patches, replace missing trim)
Minor plumbing repairs (leaking faucet, etc.)
Replacing light bulbs and batteries
Landscape maintenance, mowing and weed eating
Drive snowplow in winter and apply ice melt on property
Occasionally help move furniture

Qualifications:
Maintenance experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, team lift for any furniture moves
Ability to pass a background check
